But as Porter continues to grow as an airline, we’re ready to improve our working conditions and compensation, and evolve the representation that cabin crew have with management. Porter isn’t a start-up any more, and it’s increasingly clear that we need and deserve a fair, enforceable contract and strong representation at work.
