Here’s how you sign a card:
Step 1: Click here to sign your card through Adobe Sign. You will have to fill out both a short initial form and then fill out and sign an Adobe form. Once you have filled out the form you will also be sent an email confirmation link – your card is not signed until you click on the link in the email to confirm.
Step 2: Send your CIRB-mandated $5 application fee through Interac e-transfer to porter@cupe.ca. If you would rather pay your fee in cash, please contact an organizer at porter@cupe.ca. An organizer will send you a confirmation when we have received your membership fee.
Once your card is signed and you’ve sent your application fee, you’re on your way to a fair contract, better wages, and a strong union for all of us at Porter.
